Service Scope

VPNTC provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, with coverage across 90+ countries and 190+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client software and subscription details are available through the user panel. The scope of service is determined by the selected plan and its status shown in the panel.

Route descriptions are intended to help you choose an exit region; they do not indicate permission to access any particular website. Third-party services determine their own account eligibility, regional policies, and content rights. This service does not replace a third-party account or content subscription.

Accounts and Usage Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription details secure, do not share your subscription link, and take responsibility for use on devices you authorize. If you notice unusual access or exposed credentials, change your password promptly and report the issue through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time for personal use by the same user. This does not permit sharing an account with other users, publicly distributing a subscription, or reselling routes. You may not use this service as a commercial access resource for others without permission. Do not disrupt route operations or interfere with other users' normal use.

Subscription Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and do not expire. The two plan types have different data rules, so review the plan details and order before placing it.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Before paying, confirm the plan, amount, and account assigned to the order. You can view order and usage records in the user panel.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket and provide the relevant order details. You do not need to report a service fault to request a refund. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket. Once your request is confirmed, we will explain how the refund will be processed and how the associated subscription will be terminated.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and the usage rules of platforms you access. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes. Using routes to commit fraud, distribute illegal content, violate others' lawful rights, access systems without authorization, or launch network attacks is prohibited.

Network acceleration does not change the legal nature of an activity or grant permission to access another person's data. For work materials, third-party content, or restricted data, you are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary authorization. Not logging activity is part of this service's privacy policy; it does not exempt users from their compliance obligations. See the Privacy Policy for information handling practices.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on the local network, device settings, carrier routing, exit region, and target platform status. Maintenance, upstream network failures, or changes in third-party policies may temporarily make some routes unavailable. VPNTC does not guarantee that every route will remain available in all environments or that any particular platform will always be accessible.

If an issue occurs, consult Troubleshooting and submit the necessary diagnostic information. Keep your own copies of important materials and do not rely on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. Liability is determined in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you use the service unlawfully, resell or share access, attack routes, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, VPNTC may restrict access, suspend service, or terminate your account. Urgent risks may require immediate action; you may request a review through a ticket. Any notice of action will identify the relevant rule. Refund rights will be handled under these terms and applicable law.

If service rules or legal requirements change, VPNTC will update the date on this page and announce significant changes and their effective dates on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights that have already accrued. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket about any existing subscription.
