Start payment from the user dashboard. Open the plans page, confirm the billing type, data allowance, and amount due, then choose Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. This page outlines plan details; confirm and pay for your order in the dashboard. If you already have an account, log in to continue—there’s no need to create another.
Before paying, make sure you’ve selected a monthly plan or a non-expiring data pack. A monthly plan should show both its billing cycle and data allowance; for a data pack, confirm the total allowance and that it remains valid until used and never expires. Don’t compare the two types based on price alone. If you’re unsure about the result of an upgrade, check the dashboard prompt or contact support before paying.
For USDT payments, verify the network, recipient details, and amount shown on the payment page. Don’t reuse payment details from an earlier order. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, use the payment page generated for your current order. Never share your password or subscription link with anyone outside the site. Keep your payment receipt until the order status is confirmed.
After paying, return to the user dashboard to check your order status, plan details, and available data. If the external payment is complete but the dashboard hasn’t updated, keep your order and payment receipt and contact support through a ticket. Don’t create repeated orders or pay again. This page does not promise a fixed processing time, and a payment success message does not mean every client is already configured.
Once you’ve confirmed your plan is active, open the client section in the dashboard to get the client and subscription details. Follow the Getting Started Guide to import and test your first connection. Payment confirmation, plan activation, and device connection are separate steps; checking each one can help you spot what’s missing.
